Sometime early , A illustrious person first walked the doorsteps of mirya village,named ‘’THE MAHAPURUSH’’. A heavenly attire which all admired. He was the one from  whome every villager was inspired. His shrine was at the one end of the village and something about it was really fascinsating. The shrine neither had any statue of mahapurush nor did he had any idol and ritual. The holy place a divine ethereal energy that helped the worshippers in their bad time . Any calamity or suffering would be solved by his angelic aura . The whole mirya village celebrates his festival on 4 may with great joy and happiness with women making rangolis and flower garlands, kids lightning fire crackers and men bringing sweets and goodies way home . A very enchanting festival with an eminent palkhi [palanquin] of god mahapurush . They say that any good wishes taken to mahapurush would come true in a spare time . The villagers were living a happy life but then the tables turned as the empire of the mighty sea ,The ‘’SEA GOD ‘’ got enraged in the ballistic fire of his anger , He flooded the coastal area . Villagers got distressed they lost many of their boats and livestock. In the hurdle of problems , They decided to worship the sea god by builting a shrine for him at the other end of the village at the brink of sea . The shrine provided to give a two fold benefit . It not only calmed the rage of sea god but also proved to be a functional place for the villagers . The shrine also gave the childrens a merry place to play after their school and delight their childhood . It became a gathering place for women to sit and gossip after their chores are done and also for the elderly people to sit and chatter and get their minds free of lonliness.Any festival or pooja the shrine would get decorated as a bride and thery cherish the gathering . villagers could celebrate small family functions . Thereby, the shrine bloomed the ethnicity and contentment of the mirya village
